Return & Exchange Policy

1. Items sold cannot be refunded. 

2. All items will be inspected for manufacturer defects* before posting out to customers.

3. Exchange may be considered in case of manufacturer defects or wrong item delivered by us. 

4. No exchange will be considered in the following situations:

- Wrong size or wrong design chosen by the customers.

- Slight cloth measurement difference of 2-3cm due to different measuring methods.

- Items worn, stained or applied with perfume, altered in any form, washed, dry cleaned, deliberate damaged.

* Manufacturer defects do not include the following:

- Minor stains.

- Minor thread frays at the ends, wrinkles, slight mis-alignment of the seams.

- Claims that cutting of the clothes is not up to expectation.

- Slight color difference between the color seen on real objects and the color seen on screen.

How to exchange

1. Email your exchange request to [email protected] within 7 days from the date of delivery. State reason of the exchange request and attach clear and zoomed-in picture of the defect area in the email.

2. We will contact you at our soonest for more information.

3. Customers are expected to bear the full shipping cost (to and from our address) in eligible exchange cases. 

4. Items received but found do not conform to our return and exchange policy will be ignored and customers will bear the full shipping cost.
